HOTEL RESERVATION DEADLINE: MONDAY, AUGUST 5, 2024

The Group Rate is guaranteed for reservations made on or before the hotel reservation deadline. Any reservations made after the deadline will be based on availability and at the hotel’s current available rate.

ADSA will never contact you directly about booking a hotel room. If someone calls or emails you about booking a hotel room, they are not from ADSA or ISRP and are not a legitimate source for booking your hotel reservation. To avoid problems or potential loss of funds, book your reservation using the reservation instructions above.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

Acknowledgments will be sent via email after each reservation booking. Review acknowledgments carefully for accuracy. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 3 days of any transaction, please contact the hotel directly.

MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS

Please review reservations carefully. A reservation must be guaranteed by a valid credit card number, and cancellation penalties may apply. Please contact your hotel directly in the event a change or cancellation is needed. An Early Departure Fee may be charged if you check out of the hotel prior to your scheduled departure date, without having notified the hotel by 12:00 midnight the day after check-in of the change in scheduled departure.
